VRP's matrix sorts items by size, color, width, inseam, or length. Look up items by group or department, sub group or class, and sub sub group or sub class. We’ve made it easy to find items that are in stock or out of stock in your store. In addition, product image can be uploaded and viewed when an item is being scanned at the POS.

Duplicate Inventory For Creation Of A New Store

Inter-Store Transfer Using A Manifest
Transfer a large number of items from store-to-store by using our inter-store transfer software that’s built into our POS inventory system. Swap inventories by using a manifest list. Simply select each piece that needs to be transferred; all pieces are then gathered into one list, for reference, and the inventories are changed in your POS system across both stores.
Shelf Tag Printing
Tags can include barcodes so that it is easier to complete cycle counts on your inventory in the future.

MS-SQL Database
The Microsoft SQL Server allows you to store and manage your POS data. This database can store all of the information that you’ve put into your POS software, such as user data, store information including inventory, previous sales, and more. With MS-SQL, you don’t have to worry about losing all of your data from your personal server, it’s all kept safe and backed up for you
Windows Based
The POS Software from Visual Retail Plus is based on a Windows operating system. The user interface should feel familiar and easy to use. However, this does mean that our software does not have the capability to be installed on other operating systems, such as Mac and Linux.
Multi-store, Close-to-Real-Time, Synchronization
Synchronize all of your store’s data, even the data from multiple stores, at all times. Our software gives you the capability to see sales and inventory in close-to-real-time, so you know exactly what is happening at all of your stores in an instant. There’s no need to download any of your data or wait for new transactions to go through — everything is nearly instant.
Import and Export
We give you the ability to save copies of your store’s data or to add data to your POS system. EDI Support
Our POS system supports Electronic Data Interchange which is a way for businesses and customers to share information with each other. This information includes items such as previous orders, purchase invoices, inventory counts, and shipping notices from the store to customers and vice versa. EDI is helpful for both parties. It lets customers know exactly what is available in the store, when their items will arrive, and more. EDI also helps stores know what customers have bought in the past, so that they can cater their next transaction or they can suggest items to other shoppers based on similar interests.
